Planning post-HSC events
Schools planning post-HSC graduation ceremonies can use NSW Health checklists and the support on this page to make their events more COVID-safe.
If testing rates remain low, events like graduation ceremonies and formals will be able to go ahead with some modifications after the last HSC exam on 11 November 2020. This may change if there is a spike in infections, so event organisers should have a backup plan.

Event registrations
Any event plan should include a way for the organisers to gather contact information about attendees and keep it securely for 28 days after the event. One way to do this is with a digital form (built in Microsoft Forms or Google Forms, for example), using a QR code to allow attendees with a smartphone to quickly access the form for themselves.
A staff member should be at any entrance point to assist attendees in completing the form. They may also need to complete the form on behalf of attendees who are not able to access the form themselves.
