Introducing Scout showcases
A series of live webinars aimed at showcasing the power of Scout capabilities and data are now available to all Department of Education staff. These webinars are short, sharp demonstrations of Scout reports and key functionality. Existing Scout users can use these as a quick refresher, while new users can join in to check out what Scout can do for you in your role.
Showcases will be delivered live and online with multiple session times for your convenience. If you are not able to join a live webinar session, you can access the recorded version on the website at a later date and time that suits you.

TOPIC: Best Start Year 7
Attend this live webinar designed to bring teachers and school leaders an overview of what is available inside the new look BSY7 reports. Practical examples of how the reports can be used to support literacy and numeracy skills across all secondary subjects will be provided.

Intensive Showcase series for SDD!
The Intensive Showcase series for the School Development Days 2021 presented overviews, insights and guided examples of how to use the Scout reports in a range of staff roles. With over 1200 attendees from across the state, these showcases received overwhelmingly positive feedback.
Missed out? Not a problem. The recorded versions of these live sessions now be accessed online through the Scout website. You can access and view any of the topics you may have missed during the SDD PL sessions. Below is a list of new additions with a suggestion of who may find it the most useful:

- Insights for the Primary Classroom (designed for teachers and school leaders)
- Insights for the Secondary Classroom (designed for teachers and school leaders)

- Data-driven Decisions (designed for school leaders and DELs or those working in learning support)
