The evaluation of MyPL will be conducted from 2017 to 2019 in 3 phases.

• Phase 1 (2017) assessed the transition process from MyPL@Edu (the previous program) to MyPL, including initial user experiences and support demands.
• Phase 2 (2018) examines changes in the ongoing uptake of MyPL and use of new features.
• Phase 3 will be implemented in 2019.
